Sales
Our highly successful, driven sales teams use a consultative approach to create new business, build quality relationships, and ensure a fantastic customer experience that results in excellent solutions and very happy customers.
I have been here for 12 years, looking after France and Benelux within the Sales department. There are always opportunities to grow here and there is a big focus on development. One of the things I love about my role is that I am always learning and I enjoy being the first line of contact with my customers. The people here are amazing as well, which makes it a fun place of work!
Solution Engineering
Solutions engineers use their industry and technical expertise to support our customers and sales team with the design of leading edge end-to-end optical network solutions, as well as training for installation best practice and providing technical compliance guidance.
My role in technical compliance and quality entails problem solving and making continuous improvements through collaboration. I love the industry we work in because it results in global communication based on different ways to use light and fiber optics. I have been here for 11 years and love the company culture because it champions learning in a caring environment that also encourages individuality.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facilities make high-performance pre-terminated single fiber and MPO assemblies, fiber management products, and specialist packaging solutions to ensure the utmost quality for our customer wherever they are in the world.
My role is to ensure that the production floor is working efficiently. Processes need to be closely monitored, evaluated, and updated. My favorite part is creating new pieces of software that helps the site become more productive. Having started as a shop floor operative, I can personally attest to the fact that the company will help you achieve your work and personal goals.
Marketing
Our world-class team build and manage AFL Hyperscale’s market leading position and find new and exciting ways to connect with customers. They balance customer feedback and data with innovation and creativity to create a market leading brand.
I joined AFL Hyperscale as a Junior Marketing Assistant. Since then I have had the opportunity to grow personally and professionally and move into an area I am passionate about. Having a company behind you that believes and trusts your abilities has really grown my confidence and made me more receptive to trying new things, such as project management.
